TEN is a project under FloatingAx, a Tennessee non-profit created to facilitate Community & Leadership Development.

TEN is a group of young adults, ages 18-25, that spend ten months of their lives serving the community.  These “interns” will study and learn from leaders of our community, and will work on a daily basis to impact the lives of those in Shelbyville & Bedford County.

• Interns will learn to develop a Servant’s Heart and initiate Acts of Service
• Interns will learn to Love those around them through the Love of Christ
• Interns will learn to be Led by the Spirit of God in Impacting their Community

The students will leave the distractions of their home cities and will dedicate their time for service.  They will work with local organizations to meet the needs of this city and county.

FloatingAx is currently working on its 501(c)3 status.
